NGOs highlight 'complete failure' of negotiations

The lack of any binding agreements in the negotiations thus far have led representatives of the NGOs to label the discussions a 'complete failure', and warn that a repeat of Copenhagen could produce much civil unrest. Mass demonstrations are being carried out in numerous cities across the world, including Barcelona, where over 100,000 demonstrators have took to the streets and are making their way to the Summit at ESADE.
