Breaking News: Progress in implementing the "JIG"-Model

The mitigation working group decided that 4 categories of countries will be made, according to their respective CO2 emissions per capita and GDP per capita. A group of volunteers will meet at the Hostel of the working group chair and define the peak years and the % reductions in greenhouse gas emissions, which shall be discussed tomorrow.
Some experts are worried that putting countries with different backgrounds into the same categories will make the definition of actual figures and the readiness to commitment harder, which raises new questions.
