There has been no provisional agreement on the inclusion of forest conservation ('Reducing emissions from deforestation in developing countries' - REDD) in CDM, and so like the nuclear option, will not be brought to discussion at the plenary by the Trading Working Group delegates. China is not willling to commit to REDD unless nuclear energy be included in the CDM scheme.
