We urge delegates to take a broader approach towards decisions regarding financing in order to enable a more personalized approach to funding. Being able to set commitments themselves will encourage countries to fulfill commitments in the long run, while enabling not only Annex I countries to take part in this process. Taking personalized steps together as a community will guarantee a success of being able to tackle Climate Change issues.
