In a draft proposal the delegates in the Trading Worrking Group voted in favour of inlcuding Carbon Capture Scheme (CCS) in Clean Development Mechanisms (CDM) until 2030 and for it to be linked to renewable energy investment. This link is yet to be defined, although it looks like it will take the form of a percentage of renewable investment.
