No provisional agreement has been reached on the inlcusion of nuclear energy within the Clean Development Mechanisms (CDN) among the delegates in the Trading Working Group. The divisions concerned time lags to transfering to renewable energy (China and India) versus security issues with legally incentivising nuclear proliferation (US, Mexico and EU).
